Colleen Harris

Colleen leads the company's global workforce strategy and enterprise-wide leadership development, and  is responsible for progressing a compelling, well-defined company culture that delivers business value and supports the success of Ramsay’s strategic priorities.

Colleen is also a Director of Ramsay Santé and has worked closely with boards and executive groups across a range of sectors, including banking and retail.

Her career includes several senior executive HR positions reporting to the Group CEOs of National Australia Bank, Federation Centres and MyState Limited. 

She holds a Bachelor of Education (Science) from the University of Melbourne, is a Member of the AICD and a Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
